The ETE Academy has been designed to nurture, develop and recognise the talent of every employee.

Promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development throughout employees’ careers within the ETE Group.​

Its mission is to contribute to the development of human capital, supporting employees at different stages of their career through three fundamental pillars. ​

  • Onboarding and Integration Phase;

  • Training and Development, through induction programmes and technical and behavioural training pathways;

  • Professional Development and Mobility Phase, through talent development programmes and activities, in order to enhance business, management and leadership skills, and ensure effective knowledge management.

How is it organised?

The ETE Academy organises its activities through team leaders, who are responsible for coordinating the various areas of expertise and schools that make up the Academy.

Its responsibilities include developing training plans, managing the pool of trainers, and ensuring the quality and relevance of training initiatives.​

In addition to the team leaders, ETE Academy draws on in-house trainers, a pool of training organisations, or external trainers tasked with delivering relevant modules, courses or educational programmes, under the guidance of one of its team leaders. They are responsible for effective and engaging communication within the training environment.​

​ETE Academy is certified by DGRM, DGERT and ISO 9001.

ETE Academy Schools and Workshops

The ETE Academy is made up of five schools – four specialised schools and one cross-disciplinary school – which represent different areas of expertise within the academy and the ETE Group.

    Its aim is to promote the culture and values that run through the entire Group.

    Its aim is to develop best practices in leadership to support people managers, with a view to promoting the consolidation and development of the ETE Leader profile in terms of both behaviour and business.

    School of Continuous Improvement

    This school aims to train people in the tools, processes and systems that enable optimisation and high performance within the ETE Group.

    School of Technical Skills

    The aim of this School is to train, update and strengthen proficiency in the skills associated with the ETE Group’s various business areas, encompassing its entire value chain. This is the School of know-how.

    School of Business Relations

    Its aim is to strengthen the relationship between our client-facing teams and those with whom we do business.
