Our Sustainability
Policy
Aware that all actions contribute directly or indirectly to a more sustainable future, we commit to applying different measures in our activities.
Economic Sustainability
1. Ensure the quality and excellence of our products and services through high professionalism and dedication, focusing on the complete satisfaction and loyalty of our customers;
2. Ensure risk assessment and management in decision-making, understanding the external and internal factors of the organisation and ways to enhance or mitigate their effects;
3.Promote the optimisation and performance of the various business areas of the Group, as well as the strengthening of internal and external partnerships and synergies;
4. Invest in innovation and technological development as a basis for market and sector leadership;
5. Ensure that all suppliers and partners are selected through clear, objective, impartial criteria and are encouraged to adopt the same values and commitments as Grupo ETE assumes.

Environmental Sustainability
1. Encourage the adoption of best practices for pollution prevention and the protection of the environment, ecosystems, and biodiversity, through the implementation of effective mechanisms for prevention, alert, containment, and mitigation of environmental impacts;
2. Promote energy efficiency and reduction of the ecological footprint through the rational use of natural resources and the reduction of associated emissions, as well as the proper management of waste and effluents.
Governance
1. Ensure adherence to the principles of Ethics and Conduct promulgated by the Group and their compliance by all Employees;
2. Encourage all stakeholders to adopt standards of conduct similar to those in force at Grupo ETE;
3. Ensure the involvement of the shareholder structure in the management of the various companies, in the various geographies where Group is present.

We remain focused on ensuring maximum energy efficiency by implementing actions aimed at reducing energy consumption.
