Training and Development

Being part of the ETE Group means having access to continuous training and professional development opportunities because we believe that only with empowered, engaged, and strategically aligned employees can we enhance our levels of excellence, motivation, and overall performance.
This is made possible by ETE Academy — our corporate academy, specifically designed to enhance and value the individual talent of each employee.

The ETE Academy’s mission is to enrich the management of Grupo ETE’s human capital by actively participating in three of the main phases of its value chain:

  • Reception and Integration Phase;
  • Training and Development, through integration programs and technical and behavioural training paths;
  • Professional Evolution and Mobility Phase, through talent development programs and activities, aimed at leveraging
  • Business capabilities, management and leadership skills, and ensuring adequate knowledge management.
The ETE Academy relies, among other participants, on Team Leaders whose mission is to manage initiatives from the various areas of knowledge/schools that make up the academy, including training plans, a pool of trainers, among others.

In addition to the Team Leaders, the ETE Academy utilises internal trainers, a pool of training entities, or external trainers to teach relevant modules, courses, or educational programmes under the guidance of one of its Team Leaders. They are responsible for effective and engaging communication in a training environment.

Schools and Offices of ETE Academy

The structure of ETE Academy consists of five schools – four functional and one cross-functional – which represent different areas of knowledge of the academy and Grupo ETE.

Its aim is to disseminate the culture and values across the entire Group.

Its objective is to develop the best leadership practices to support people managers, promoting the consolidation and development of the ETE Leader profile at both a behavioural and business level.

This school aims to train people in tools, processes, and systems that allow for optimisation and good performance within Grupo ETE.

The objective of this School is to train, update and strengthen the mastery of skills associated with the various businesses of Grupo ETE, incorporating its entire value chain. This is the School of Know-How.

Its aim is to strengthen the relationship between client-facing teams and those with whom we do business.
