What we have to offer

The Grupo ETE also offers internships of various kinds, once again focusing on the development and promotion of young talent. Programs such as our Curricular Internships, Thesis Guidance, or Summer Internships.

Curricular Internships and Thesis Guidance:
We offer curricular internships for students enrolled in vocational education programs (dual certification courses, CET, and CTESP), undergraduate students, recent graduates, and master’s degree holders from various technical fields. These internships aim to promote the development of professional skills and support the completion of theses or academic projects at the master’s or doctoral level.

Summer Internships:

Our summer internships are designed for students from the first year of a bachelor’s degree up to the final year of a master’s program and offer the opportunity to take part in real projects within Grupo ETE. The internships last a minimum of one month and a maximum of three months.

Each internship includes a meal allowance and, in exceptional cases, support for public transport costs, as well as all necessary resources to perform the assigned tasks throughout the internship period, according to the area of integration. Participants also receive preferential access to apply for our “Growing with Grupo ETE” Trainee Program.

This is made possible by the ETE Academy — our corporate academy, designed specifically to enhance and value the individual talent of each employee.

The mission of the ETE Academy is to enrich the management of the human capital of the Group through its active participation in three main phases of its value chain:

  • Reception and Integration Phase;
  • Training and Development, through integration programmes and technical and behavioural training paths;
  • Professional Evolution and Mobility Phase, through programmes and activities for talent development, aimed at leveraging;
  • Business capabilities, management and leadership skills, and ensuring adequate knowledge management.

The ETE Academy relies, among other participants, on Team Leaders whose mission is to manage initiatives from the various areas of knowledge/schools that make up the academy, including training plans, a pool of trainers, among others. In addition to the Team Leaders, the ETE Academy utilises internal trainers, a pool of training entities, or external trainers to teach relevant modules, courses, or educational programmes under the guidance of one of its Team Leaders. They are responsible for effective and engaging communication in a training environment.
